Thank you, John Custodio of the St. Albans Messenger! We’re grateful for your time and consideration. It was wonderful meeting you and chatting all things Finn & Roots and the Eco Ark.

Franklin County’s unique farms: Inside Enosburg’s Finn & Roots

A couple of inputs: We currently have four jumbo tanks of tilapia, from which the filtered water feeds our (Heather’s) amazing cucumbers year-round. As a de-coupled aquaponic system, we choose when, for what crops, and how much filtered fish water to use based on season and growing conditions.
